That is how much I weigh now and here is the most recent picture of me:
I'm 5'10"! My doctor told me over six months ago when I weighed 157 (and feeling good at that weight) that I should lose 10 pounds because diabetes runs in my family and extra fat (even though I was nowhere statistically overweight) can cause hormonal changes that can lead to problems. That's when I stopped eating sugar, grains and other foods that quickly turn to sugar in the system.
I saw her two weeks ago and she said I'd lost 20 pounds instead of 10. The thing is... I eat whenever I want and am never hungry. I weighed yesterday since I was feeling even thinner and I'd lost two more pounds. I don't want to lose any more weight! My booty is all but gone and I've had to take most of my work pants to a tailor to have her make them small enough to fit me; they were really bagging around my butt.
If anyone reading this wants to lose weight, it's very easy! At least it was for me... just stop eating all grains, legumes, white potatoes and sugar. I also eat very little dairy, but that's just my preference.
I'm not emaciated or anything, but I feel more myself a few pounds heavier. My doctor said the weight loss was good for me, so didn't suggest putting any back on. I seriously need to do some weight lifting again; that will bulk me up in a good way.
Other updates... work is going great, the garden is still hanging in there and today feels like a hint of autumn... crystal clear blue skies, 75 degrees and breezy. The leaves will be turning soon and the mountains will look like they're on fire with color. Soon we're going to drive a little farther north and get a bunch of apples 'cause it's apple butter making time!
